PHRF Committee Meeting 1/24/22
The PHRF Committee held their first meeting of 2022 on January 24th.

A small change was made to the NCPHRF Rules & Guidelines. item 2 of Article XI, Race Results was modified to include the following B factors for ToT scoring:
480 – Heavy Air or all off the wind
550 – Average Conditions
600 – Light Air or all windward work
