YRA racing is comprised of four charter associations, each representing a specific type of racing or types of boats:
- HDA (Handicap Divisions Association): Bay racing using the PHRF handicapping system.
- ODCA (One Design Class Association): Bay racing for one design fleets
- OYRA (Offshore Yacht Racing Association): Ocean racing using PHRF, IMS, or MORA ratings. Includes a short-handed sailing division, one-design fleets and a cruising division.
- WBRA (Wooden Boat Racing Association): Bay racing for the following wooden one design fleets: Bird, Folkboat, IOD and Knarr.

New this year, save time and paper and utilize our new ELECTRONIC SIGN-UP Site You will need to create an account in order to sign-up electronically and if you have made changes to your boats configuration you will still need to either mail, email or fax a copy of your renewal form into the YRA, with the changes indicated, although you can still use our automated process to pay for your renewal. - 2007 YRA Trophies
If you missed the great party at the Berkeley Yacht Club on November 13th, you can still pick up your 2007 Daily Trophies and 2007 Vallejo flags by stopping by the YRA office. Just give us a call to coordinate a time to stop by.
