Help with NC PHRF Measurements
Obtaining a NCPHRF certificate does require several measurements be taken of your boat, including rig and sail measurements. The NCPHRF Committee has published a guide which defines their required measurements and provides detailed instructions on how to properly measure your boat. It is recommended that you download and review the document before sending in your application.CURRENT NCPHRF RULES & GUIDELINES — updated 03/07
